3. Cooling time: generally adjusted to 3 seconds or more, the time for thick bags can be adjusted longer, and the time for thin bags can be adjusted less.
4. Vacuum gauge: indicates the degree of vacuum in the barrel, generally 0.06-0.08Mpa to achieve the purpose of sealing.
5. Heating wire and heating tape: the wire holder should move freely, and the wire holder can be moved by hand to prevent the power cord at both ends from being stuck. If the heating tape is wrinkled, it can be removed and then flattened and placed again. , should be replaced in time, so as not to affect the sealing quality.
6. Oil level: After the machine is used for 800 hours, replace the HF-6 vacuum oil, and add oil to the marked oil level. Usually, if the oil level is too high or too low, the vacuum level of the machine will be affected.
