Product Overview of Ampoule Inspection Machine
Fully automatic lamp inspector absorbs advanced European design and production technology, adopts full servo computer control and high precision machine vision system to complete defect detection of freeze-dried blocks; integrity detection of rubber plugs and aluminium caps; glass bottle detection.
Equipment system includes: bottle entry, head detection, foreign body detection, container detection, image analysis, automatic warehousing after inspection, bottle exit, isolation and protection system. The whole equipment meets the requirements of GMP in China. Knapp-Kushner test procedure approved by European Pharmacopoeia was used.
