Performance of Tablet Press Machine
The pressing chamber of domestic current machine for this usage at present usually appeared openly, it need to be lubricated when it’s running in a high speed in order to avoid mechanical clamping stagnation and getting the powder polluted.
We creatively designed a new model of stainless steel covered and totally enclosed structure to avoid pollution of revolving table and separated the pressing chamber and lubricating chamber, it’s absolutely accorded with the requirements for GMP standard.

| Notice: a) for SED370-26GY-P, the reduction ratio of pulley is i=60/26 when delivery in default, pulley with reduction ratio i=60/40 will be placed in spare part box.
b) The max. output refers to the quantity of pressing small tablets from ideal granular. The max. output is designed capacity, in real production, it is related with many factors, for example, powder fluidity, characteristics, tooling, etc. Usually it will be 70% for round tablet, 50% for big or shaped tablet, which only for reference, if very strict, please make test before order.

The average tablet control precision and single tablet weight tolerance should be in compliance with the above table. It is tested by placebo powder as per the standard formula, the fine powder will be more for small or thin tablet.
2 Color touch screen 9”, with the display of main average pressure, single punch pressure, alarm at fault, automatic stop and help menu, The on/off of tablet deduster and on/off and pulse of dust collector can be controlled by the touch screen (The tablet deduster and dust collector are optional).
3 Four handwheels are used for adjusting main compression (tablet thickness), pre-compression, filling depth and forming position.
4 Hydraulic support adjustable for main compression and pre-compression. Auto-pressure keeping and pressure overload protection.
5 Automatic Lubrication system. Lubrication flow rate and interval can be adjusted. Under lube alarm, lubrication pressure fault alarm and auto-stop protection. Grease lubrication system controlled manually.
6 With accumulated running time, accumulated total output, accumulated good tablet output, and preset output shutdown function.
7 Main motor and feeder motor are adjusted with inverter, r.p.m. can be regulated continuously with upper and lower limit.
8 With alarm for over filling, under filling and single value of punch pressure over limit.
9 With alarm for main pressure overload, prepressure overload, auto protection facility for electric control system, main motor overload, feeder motor overload, upper and lower punches over tight, alarm for opening windows/doors and left/right side door in running, upper and lower camber installation. Emergency stop, filling decreasing start.
10 With the function of prepressure monitor and display.

12 It has the security access management function in accordance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11. The touch screen has three levels of user rights management functions, and different rights correspond to different operation levels.
13 It has the data recording function in accordance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11. It can save, call and record the production parameter formula, and also record the production data and alarm information. The recorded data is saved on SD card in RDB or CSV format.
14 It has the audit trail record function in accordance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11. It can automatically record the user login / logout, main button operation and parameter modification of the system. The recorded data includes time stamp, user name and event description, which are saved on SD card in RDB or CSV format. Audit trail record, and you can also choose to a virtual printing documents as PDF format on the touch screen.
15 It has program backup / recovery function. Touch screen and PLC applications can be backed up and restored by SD card.

This machine is a single-compression/double-compression continuous automatic tablet press, which is used to compress granular raw materials into tablets. Mainly used in the pharmaceutical industry, but also in chemical, food, electronics, plastics, metallurgy and other industries.
Main Features
1 Single layer force feeding system, separated SS coverplate, labyrinth seal between lower turret and board, damping for lower punch rod, double lifting copper camber track;
2 The tablet compartment adopts the structure of three-pole supporting frame with the window open protection and hinge sealed. Concealed pipes and lines in tablet compartment. Tempered glass, top stainless steel cover and viewing window for upper pre-pressure roller on upper cover; three channel structure for output mechanism. Air inlet and outlet of cooling system with filter protection.
3 The joint outer diameter for the dust collector system is Φ 75mm.
4 All parts in contact with granule and tablets, such as filling system, middle turret and tablet ejection device, etc. are made of stainless steel or innocuous macromolecule material.
